The athletics marketing staff at Colorado College was the recipient of three awards this week at the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators' 17th annual convention in Dallas, Texas. The staff is comprised of Scott Lowenberg, Jessica Bennett and Matt Gaudry.

CC won a gold award (first place) in the TV and radio commercial categories, as well as a silver (second place) in the Olympic sports poster classification – all relating to Tiger Hockey.

Initiated in 2003, the NACMA Awards program honors outstanding achievement in marketing and promotions. Awards are presented in 18 categories, each divided into three groups based upon school size and conference affiliations in order to ensure fairness. Colorado College's was judged wtihin Group 3.

A total of 1,300 entries were received for the 2007-08 academic year.
