The Tigers finished with 39 points in the 6K race, 22 points ahead of Division I Northern Colorado. Colby Community College was third with 95 points, followed by Garden City Junior College (128) and Tabor College (133).
Maggie Harkins finished fifth overall in a time of 25:23 to lead Colorado College.
Margot Cutter was only five seconds behind in sixth place, while
Claire Daniel's time of 25:40 was good for seventh place.
Ashley Birger, an unattached runner, was the overall winner with a time of 23:46, a split second ahead of Colby's Tonya Nero.
Colorado College will return to action on Oct. 4 when the Tigers travel to the University of Colorado in Boulder for the 2008 Rocky Mountain Shootout.
