Biography
2011: Recorded a season-best time of 20:08.15 in the 5,000 meters.
2010: Tur was the recipient of the Most Inspirational Woman team award due to her supportive nature and ability to overcome an extremely difficult course load to make it to practices on a regular basis…finished her season 5,000 best of 20:11 at the Grinnell Invitational.
2009: As a sophomore team captain, Tur was co-recipient of the team's Most Inspirational and Most Improved awards ... the only member of the CC women's team to compete in the 5,000 meters, she improved on her best freshman-year time by more than two and a half minutes with a personal record of 19:35 at the Grinnell Invitational.
2008: Ran personal bests of 6:43.4 in the mile, 22:08 in the 5,000 and 5:50 in the 1,500 meters as a freshman with the Tigers.
Before Colorado College: Tur earned seven varsity letters as a prep at Highlands Ranch High School in the Denver area, serving as team captain one year each in soccer (2005), cross country (2006) and track (2007).
