2012: Junior was 19th in 5,000 (21:39.91) at SCAC league meet… Ran personal best time 21:24.3 a week before.
2011: Ran a personal-best 1,500 (6:01.05) at the Fort Hays (Kan.) Invitational and a season-best 21:40.5 in the 5,000 at the Concordia (Neb.) Invitational.
2010: Whitnah was a top 5K performer dropping her time from 22:13 at the Fort Hays Invitational to 21:29 at the Grinnell Invitational.
Before Colorado College: Whitnah was named MVP of the cross country team at Stone Ridge High School in Bethesda, Md., as a senior in 2008...served as captain her final two years...also lettered three years in track, as well as one year in swimming at Stone Ridge.
