2012-13: Posted three season-best times at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships … Turned in a time of 25.75 in the 50-yard freestyle … Touched the will in 1:08.70 in the preliminaries of the 100 breaststroke … Chopped more than 14 seconds off his time in the 200 breast with an effort of 2:33.44 … Finished eighth in the 200 breast at the Colorado College Classic, touching the wall in 2:47.71 … Received the team’s Spirit Award … Earned a spot on the SCAC Honor Roll for excellence in the classroom.  
   
2011-12: Recorded a season-best time of 1:10.81 in the 100-yard breaststroke at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships … Also posted top times in the preliminaries of the 50 freestyle (25.98) and 200 breaststroke (2:40.97) … Made his third consecutive appearance on the SCAC’s Honor Roll for excellence in the classroom.
     
2010-11: Established career bests in the 100 and 200 breaststroke to finish his sophomore year at the SCAC Championships … Finished 16th in the 50 freestyle at the conference championships … Placed sixth in the 200 breast at the Colorado College Classic ... Earned a spot on the SCAC's Honor Roll for excellence in the classroom.
   
2009-10: Had personal bests in the 100 and 200 breaststroke and the 200 individual medley during he SCAC Championships his freshman year … Placed 10th in the 200 breast at the Colorado College Classic … Received a spot on the SCAC’s Honor Roll for excellence in the classroom … Was named to the SCAC All-Sportsmanship team.
   
Before Colorado College: Ory lettered in four different sports at Thomas Jefferson High School in Auburn, Wash., where he served as captain of the swimming team as a junior and senior...helped the team win league championships for three consecutive seasons.
