Nate Brodman

Nate Brodman, who completed his Colorado College career ranked No. 6 with 179 three-point baskets and No. 18 with 976 points, is in his third season as assistant coach entering the 2011-12 campaign. 

Brodman will focus his efforts on coaching, recruiting, and individual skill development, and assist head coach Andy Partee developing practice plans, formulating scouting reports and overall game preparation. 

Brodman, who graduated in May 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in economics, earned a spot on the National Association of Basketball Coaches Academic Honor Roll as a senior when he served as a team co-captain.

A native of Scottsdale, Ariz., Brodman made an immediate impact as a freshman, leading the team with 49 three-point baskets and finishing second with 268 points. He set single-season highs during his sophomore campaign when he led the Tigers with 349 points and 67 three pointers.

Brodman spent his summers from 2004-09 as a counselor at various basketball camps across the country.  He has been involved in camps at the University of Arizona, University of California – Berkeley and the University of Texas.

This past summer Brodman had the fortune of working along side former NBA head coach Frank Johnson at the Johnson and Johnson Basketball Academy in Phoenix, Ariz., training players of all age groups including NBA and Division I athletes.
