2010: Shaw
had an impressive season as he improved his steeplechase time by 31 seconds between the Fort Hays Invitational to his personal best of 10:07.78 at the Grinnell Invitational in mid-April.
2009: Shaw improved his 5K time from a 16:47 at Fort Hays to a freshman-year PR of 16:09.26 at the Grinnell Invitational – a difference of 37 seconds.
Before Colorado College: Shaw was an honors student and four-sport athlete at The Waterford School in Sandy, Utah, competing in baseball, crew, cross country and lacrosse...served as team captain in crew and lacrosse.
