Biography
2012: Overcame stress fracture in foot to run 1,500 in 4:16.9, his personal third-best time, at SCAC Championships.
2011: Junior set season best time of 2:01.49 in 800 at Hastings (Neb.) Invitational a week after setting previous best at SCAC championships ... ran personal record 4:05.96 in 1,500 at Concordia (Neb.) Invitational.
2010: Fergin ran a season best in the 800 meter with a time of 2:01.56.
2009: As a freshman, Fergin was a member of CC's 4x800 relay team (with Jackson Brainerd, Colin Gazley and Andrew Wagner) that established a school record of 7:56.7 in the event at the Grinnell Invitational ... the foursome finished fourth at the SCAC championships.
Before Colorado College: Fergin ran cross country and track at Lewis & Clark High School in Spokane, Wash., prior to competing in both sports as a Tiger.
