2010:  Shared Most Improved Woman award with junior Hannah Concannon with a personal best 18:51 in the 5,000 ... That makes her one of only xxx to break 19 minutes at CC...Placed seventh at SCAC Championships in 5,000 in 19:35.41...Recorded personal best 11:32.7 in 3,000 at Colorado Invitational.
2009: Nadar improved her 1,500-meters time by 20 seconds over the course of her freshman season, eventually clocking in with a PR of 5:36.8 at the SCAC championships.

Before Colorado College: Nadar was named team MVP in both cross country and track her senior year at Shorewood High School in Wisconsin, where she also emerged as an all-conference harrier her final season...served as captain of the soccer team there her freshman year.
