Hall named Most Valuable Runner

Junior also shares Most Improved honors with classmate Richmond

Junior Nick Hall, who led Colorado College in every race offered in 2013 before representing the Tigers at the NCAA Division III national championships, has been named Most Valuable Runner on the men's cross country team for this past fall.

Hall also was named co-recipient of the team's Most Improved recognition, sharing that distinction with junior Will Richmond.

Other award winners announced at the team's recent post-season banquet were junior Graham Frank, who claimed the 19th Annual Lance Raymond Award as CC's Most Inspirational performer, and freshman Ezra Coopersmith, who took home the annual "Rookie" Award as the team's top newcomer.

Hall, who was voted MVP by a landslide margin, successfully defended his Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference crown before finishing eighth at the West Region championship meet. He and Frank both earned All-Region accolades, while Richmond and Coopersmith joined them as All-SCAC selections.
