SCAC Release
Four members of the Colorado College football team were named to the 2008 all-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference team in a vote by the league's head coaches.
 
 
 
Farrell ranked fourth in the conference with a career-high 622 yards rushing and a 69.1 yards-per-game average. He also was second on the team with two rushing touchdowns.
 
Ross ranked fourth in the conference averaging 9.1 tackles per game. He had five games with double-figure tackles, including a career-high 12 solo stops in the season opener against Occidental College. Ross led the Tigers with 82 total and 49 solo tackles, and five passes defended.
 
Rivero was second in the SCAC averaging 0.83 sacks per game and fifth at 1.22 tackles for lost yards. He posted career highs with 7.5 sacks and 11 tackles for lost yards and was fifth on the team with 26 solo and 46 total tackles.
 
Golobic ranked fourth in the conference averaging 38.0 yards per punt. He placed eight of his kicks inside the opponent's 20-yard line and had a career-best 68-yard punt against Occidental.
