Lindsay extends winning streak to seven

Will Lindsay extended his winning streak to seven matches with a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 5 singles to help Colorado College post an 8-1 victory on Sunday at Austin College.

Lindsay also teamed with Zach White to record an 8-6 triumph at No. 3 doubles as the Tigers won all three points for the third time this season. 

Nate Burt's 6-2, 6-4 win at No. 1 singles gave CC its fourth point, and Thomas Modern clinched the team's second straight victory by holding on for a 6-2, 7-5 triumph at No. 4 singles, his third in four matches. 

Burt and Lionel Zen-Ruffinen improved to 8-5 at No. 1 doubles with their third win in four matches. Zen-Ruffinen won for the fourth time in the last five matches with a 6-2, 6-0 victory at No. 3 singles. 

The Tigers, who improved to 6-7 overall, play host to 2011 Front Range Classic next weekend.
