The Colorado College men's tennis team couldn't rally from an early 3-0 deficit Friday in a 6-3 loss to Austin College in San Antonio, Texas.

Kevin Barry, 8-2, at the No. 3 position. The other two matches were much closer, as Erik Meendsen and Josh Granberry beat sophomore

Logan Pepperl, 8-6, at the No. 2 spot, and Kenneth Hardy and Siddharth Kortikere downed senior
Jason Gutierrez and freshman
Noah Forman, 9-7, at No. 1.

The teams split the six singles matches, with Forman defeating Granberry, 6-3, 6-3, at No. 1 for his sixth win this season at the top spot. Holland followed suit with a 6-4, 6-2, victory over Meendsen at No. 3 and Barry won his team-high 10
th singles win with a come-from-behind 2-6, 6-3, 6-2, triumph over Glasscock at No. 5.

The Tigers (5-12) returns to the courts on Saturday, April 22 against Trinity University in San Antonio beginning at 10 a.m.
