Theo Hooker made a pair of saves while recording the 28th shutout of his career to lead the Tigers to a 4-0 victory at Chapman University on Sunday afternoon.
Huettel collected a long through ball from junior midfielder
Robert Malone and scored 1v1 against freshman goalkeeper Gianiuca Torgerson at the end of the fifth minute. It proved to be the fourth game-winning goal for CC's senior midfielder.
Colorado College doubled its lead nearly seven minutes later when senior forward
Cam Stopforth found the net off of a long pass.
Torgerson's day got even worse when he received a red card in the 30th minute for playing the ball with his hands outside of the 18-yard box.
Nine seconds after Torgerson was booked, senior midfielder
Joel Frykholm won a ball in the box and beat sophomore keeper Akima Connelly with a shot to the lower left corner.
Frykholm completed his brace in the 79th minute when he took a feed from sophomore forward
Ben Hietala and slotted a shot into the lower right side.
Playing down a man for a little more than 60 minutes, the Panthers had little success penetrating the CC defense.
Chapman managed just five total shots, only two of which were on target.

Colorado College kicks off Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference action next week when the Tigers visit Schreiner University and Trinity University on Friday and Sunday, respectively.
