Junior Noah Forman and sophomore Sam Hum participated in the 2018 ITA Division III West Regional Tournament Friday in Claremont, Calif.
 
The duo began the day playing doubles, and despite a valiant effort, they fell to Brad Cummins and Chase Lipscomb of Redlands, 8-7(1).
 
Forman opened the singles bracket against the No. 1-seed in the top bracket, Jack Katzman of Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. Katzman prevailed 6-4, 6-2.
 
Hum, meanwhile, played in bracket "B", and won the first set, 6-4, against Thomas Reznik of Redlands. Reznik rallied to win the final two sets, 6-3, 6-2.
 
The Tigers close out their fall schedule next Saturday, Oct. 6 with matches against CSU-Pueblo and Colorado Mesa in Grand Junction, Colo.
