Junior Noah Forman won the No. 1 singles match, but Colorado Mesa captured the other eight as the Mavericks downed CC, 8-1, Friday afternoon at Burghart Courts.
 
CMU swept all three doubles matches, starting with Christian Albrechtson and Steven Howe beating sophomore Alex Kley and freshman Alex Wimer, 8-2, at No. 3 doubles, followed by an 8-4 win at the No. 1 spot by Alain De La Bastide and Lucas Martin over Forman and senior Daniel Holland.
 
William Agritelley and Max Lindqvist gave the Mavericks the sweep when they topped senior Christian Kitchen and freshman Jacob Adas, 8-6, at the top spot.
 
Forman took care of Lindqvist, 6-2, 6-2, at the No. 1 spot, and Adas nearly won at No. 3 before falling to De La Bastide, 6-7(9), 6-4, 1-0(2).
 
Colorado mesa won the other four singles contests in straight sets.
 
The Tigers (5-10) wrap up the regular season against Metro State College on Sunday, April 14, at 2 p.m.
