The Colorado College men's tennis team dropped its first two SCAC matches of the season in Georgetown, Texas, falling to Southwestern University, 9-0, on Thursday, and Austin College, 8-1, on Friday.
 
Junior Noah Forman produced the best results for the Tigers, narrowly losing to Southwestern's Alexis Dimache of Southwestern, 4-6, 6-3, 1-0(7) at the No. 1 position on Thursday, before rebounding to beat Josh Granberry of Austin College, 7-6(2), 6-2 on Friday.
 
Sophomore Alex Kley nearly won the No. 5 singles match on Friday, but lost to Austin's Calum Robe, 4-6, 6-4, 1-0(8).
 
The Tigers (5-9) continue play in the league with a match on Sunday, April 7, against Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas, beginning at 9 am (CT).
