The Colorado College men's tennis team split a pair of matches this weekend in Hastings, Neb. The Tigers fell to McPherson College, 6-1, on Saturday, then downed Hastings College, 5-2, on Sunday.
 
Junior Sam Hum led the way by winning three of his four matches. He posted CC's only win against McPherson, defeating Nico Wahl, 6-2, 6-7, 1-0(5) at the No. 2 singles spot. He also won the No. 2 match on Sunday over Hastings' Josh Sodorff, 6-0, 6-0. Hum paired with senior Noah Forman to win the top doubles match against Hastings, 6-3.
 
The Tigers won the Nos. 2 and 3 doubles matches against Hastings, then junior Alex Kley (No. 4) and sophomores Jacob Adas (No. 5) and Alex Wimer (No. 6) each won his match, losing just one game between them.  
 
The Tigers return to action on Friday, March 13, when they open their annual spring break trip in Orlando, Fla., against Brevard College.
