The Colorado College tennis teams wrapped up the 2021 fall season with matches at the ITA Division III West Regional Tournament Saturday in Claremont, Calif.
 
After winning their first-round doubles match on Friday, sophomore 
Andrew Kaelin and freshman 
Aiden Little battled the tournament's No. 4 seeded team of Kyle McCandless and Daniel Wen of Cal Tech before falling, 8-5.
 
Little and Kaelin each pushed his opponent to the brink in the singles consolation rounds but fell just short. Little went three sets with Jack Mattox of Redlands but dropped a 6-3, 5-7, 1-0(5) decision, while Kaelin pushed Cal Tech's Jake Will to a pair of tiebreaks but lost to Cal Tech's Jake Will, 7-6(5), 7-6(5).
 
On the women's side, freshman 
Maddy Meister lost her consolation match to Mia Fitzgerald of Redlands, 6-2, 6-0.
