Lucas Pastor won both of his matches on Sunday, but it wasn't enough as the Colorado College men's tennis team dropped a 6-3 decision to Western New Mexico University, 6-3, at Memorial Park in Colorado Springs.

WNMU took two of the three doubles matches to take an early 2-1 lead. Pastor and
Alex Kley won a hard-fought match at the No. 2 doubles spot, 8-6, over Joaquin Delpino and Yu Jhe Du.

Pastor captured CC's first singles win with a 6-2, 7-6, victory over Du at the No. 4 position, while
Nate Beerman pulled out a 6-3 2-6, 1-0(6) triumph over Patricio Larrea at No. 5.

The Tigers (3-4) return to action on Friday, March 18 against Rhodes College in the team's first match of its spring break trip to Orlando, Fla.
