Andrew Kaelin won both of his matches on Sunday, but the Colorado College men's tennis team lost to Division II Colorado Mesa University, 6-1, on Sunday at in Grand Junction, Colo.

Kaelin and
Lucas Pastor won the No. 1 doules match by defeating Christian Albrechtsen and Tyler Landen, 6-2. The Mavericks captured the doubles point with victories at the other two doubles spots.

Kaelin posted CC's lone singles victory by defeating Albrechtsen for the second time in the last eight days After dropping the first set, 6-3, Kaelin rallied to win the final two sets, 6-4, 6-1.

Aiden Little took the first set at the top singles spot, but fell to Steve Howe, 6-7(4), 7-5, 6-4, while
Lucas Pastor extended the No. 4 match to three sets before falling to Moises Cure, 4-6, 6-4, 7-6(5).

CMU won the other three singles matches in straight sets.

The Tigers (9-7) return to action on Saturday, April 16, against Metro State at Memorial Park in Colorado Springs, beginning at 3 p.m.
