Alex Kley (No. 6) each won his singles match, but the Colorado College men's tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision to Division II Metro State on Sunday in Denver, Colo.

The Roadrunners took two of the three doubles matches to take an early 1-0 lead. Beerman and Adas won their seventh straight match at the No. 3 position with a 6-4 victory over Jeanloop Auzias and Dayton Fisher. Â

In singles action, Pastor downed David Kijak, 6-0, 6-3, at No. 4, while Kley defeated Kacey Walisundara, 6-4, 6-2, at the No. 6 spot. Metro State won the other four singles matches in straight sets.

The Tigers (8-6) return to action on Saturday, April 9, against SCAC foe Schreiner University at Memorial Park in Colorado Springs. The match is scheduled to start at 10 a.m.
