The Colorado College women's soccer team wraps up its conference road weekend with a battle up north against the University of Wyoming on Sunday, Oct 12th at 1 p.m. MT.
CC (3-5-5) will try to bounce back from a 2-1 loss to Colorado State on Thursday and also capture its first win in conference play this season.
Last Time Out
Against the Rams, the Tigers scored on an own goal by CSU in the 69th minute after sophomore
Finley Schoenbeck put the ball into the box. Junior
Pressly Taylor was one-on-one with a Ram defender, and the ball ricocheted off the CSU defender into the back of the net.
CSU scored its first goal in the opening minute and again in the 54th minute and held CC to no shots on goal to secure the win.

Schoenbeck joined the growing list of Tigers with multi-goal games this year. Junior
Kendall Memoly leads the team with two;
Tyler Rose had her first against Northern Colorado, and Schoenbeck now has hers.
Memoly and Schoenbeck lead the team with four goals and an assist. Rose is third on the team with six points (2g,2a), and sophomore
Jessica Anderson is fourth with five points (2g,1a).
Defensive Contributors: With the shutout against the Aggies, Wallace has four on the season, which is the fourth most in the conference.
Wallace averages 5.33 saves per game, also the fourth-best mark in the conference.
The rest of the defense has been led by freshman
Lily Smith, who has played and started in all 13 games this season. She has logged 1,046 minutes on the pitch, the most on the team.
Senior defender
Emily Hitt is fifth on the team with 1,004 minutes and freshman defender
Taylor Mentink is seventh with 874 minutes.
In The Mountain West
CC has the eighth-best offense in the Mountain West, averaging 1.15 goals per game. Defensively, the Tigers have the seventh-best defense in the conference, surrendering only 1.31 goals per game.
Regan Wallace has the fifth most shutouts in the Mountain West this year, with four and is third in saves per game (4.92). The Rancho Cucamonga native has started all 13 games this year and is fourth in the conference with 1.35 saves per game.
Scouting The Cowgirls
Wyoming comes into the matchup with a 6-4-4 record (1-2-2, MW) and a recent loss to the Air Force Academy.
The Cowgirls lead the conference with the most shots per game (15.29) and they lead the conference in shutouts (seven).
Wyoming is led by redshirt-junior Alyssa Glover, who has nine goals. Glover leads the Mountain West in points with 15 (9g,2a).
Head coach Josh Purdum is in his second season in Laramie and is a graduate of Northern Colorado. So far, he has a 10-10-13 record in his tenure.
