The Colorado College men's soccer team looks to continue its unbeaten season as it hosts McMurry University in the final home game of the regular season.
CC (8-0-6, 5-0-3) sits in second place in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference standings with 18 points. Texas Lutheran currently leads with 19 points.
Last Time Out
The Tigers went 1-0-1 last weekend in Texas with a 1-1 tie with Austin College on Friday and a 1-0 victory over LeTourneau on Sunday.
An 87th-minute equalizer from freshman defender
Jack Purvis made the game 1-1 with minutes remaining. CC outshot the 'Roos 34-6, putting 12 on frame over the 90 minutes.
The 34 shots are the most in the game since Oct. 25, 2024, when the Tigers had 35 shots against Schreiner.
On Sunday, Junior
Jack Hilliard got his third goal of the season after lining up outside the box and rifling a ball into the right side of the net in the 58th minute. Purvis got the assist, the first of his career and his third point of the weekend.
CC and LeTourneau tied in shots 12-12, but the Tigers had four shots on goal compared to the Yellow Jackets' two.

Teddy Opler is second with 0.50 goals per game and seven total goals.
Scouting The War Hawks
The War Hawks enter Friday with a 2-12-1 record. They are 0-8 in SCAC play and are on a nine-game losing streak.
