Box Score Despite three singles matches going three sets, the Colorado College men's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to Division II Metro State Friday evening at Lifetime Fitness in Colorado Springs
 
The Roadrunners jumped out to an early 1-0 lead by sweeping the three doubles matches. Dominik Kaminski and Justin Boder dropped the No. 1 match to Alessandro Munoz and Marco Jalalian, 7-5, then Metro State won the Nos. 2 and 3 matches, 6-2, and 6-1, respectively.
 
After Metro State won the first two singles matches in straight sets, the next three matches all went the distance, with the Roadrunners coming out on top in each. At the No. 3 position, Kaminski fell to Jalalian, 7-6(30, 2-6, 1-0(5), while Sam Dilworth lost to Enzo Ingheterra, 6-3, 2-6, 1-0(8) at the No. 4 spot.
 
Hector Cebrian Moral then won the No. 5 match, 6-3, 3-6, 1-0(5) over Mateo Melgar.
 
The Tigers return to action on Sunday, Feb. 23, against Barton Community College at Lifetime Fitness, beginning at 8:30 a.m.
