CC Hockey Announces 2025-26 Newcomers

Colorado College hockey coach Kris Mayotte announced the 14 newcomers who will join the Tiger hockey program for the 2025-26 season.

"Our staff is extremely excited for this year's incoming class," Mayotte said. "It is highlighted by its high skill level but also its depth. A lot of work has gone into putting this class together, but I want to highlight John Lidgett's work on this year's class, utilizing the new opportunity to recruit CHL players. Combining the remarkable talent with the character that defines a Tiger, these student-athletes will continue to raise the bar of what it means to be a CC Tiger both on and off the ice."
 
The incoming class consists of Ryan Alexander (Arizona State – NCHC), Wilson Bjorck (Djurgardens IF – Sweden), Seth Constance (Northeastern – HEA), Beckham Dempsey (Boston Jr. Rangers –NCDC), Connor Hvidston (Calgary Hitmen – WHL),Shane Kozlina (Maine Nordiques – NAHL), Brandon Lisowsky (Victoria Royals – WHL), Matteo Mann (St. Jophn Sea Dogs – QMJHL), Mateo Mrsic (Chilliwack Chiefs – BCHL), Tomas Mrsic (Prince Albert Raiders – WHL), Colton Roberts (Vancouver Giants – WHL), Brayden Schuurman (Seattle Thunderbirds - WHL), Merril Steenari (Fargo Force - USHL) and Jackson Unger (Lethbridge Hurricanes – WHL).
 
The class consists of 12 incoming freshmen, who as a group has been a consensus Top 10 recruiting class by several college hockey outlets, and two transfers. Six members have been drafted by NHL franchises, making a total of nine draft picks on the 2025-26 roster.
