The Colorado College men's tennis team wrapped up its 2026 spring break trip with a pair of losses Saturday in California, 6-1 to Chapman University and 7-0 to No. 1-ranked Claremont.    
 
In the opener against Chapman, the Panthers swept the three doubles to take a 1-0 lead. Sam Lessard captured CC's only victory, winning the No. 5 singles match, 7-5, 6-4, over Deif El Salawy. Chapman won the other five matches in straight sets.
 
In the nightcap vs the top-ranked Stags, Lenny Lehmitz and Sam Dilworth put up good fight at the No. 2 doubles match before falling to Ian Jordan and James Krantz, 7-6(1). Claremont won the other two doubles matches as well for a 1-0 lead.
 
In singles, Dilworth extended the No. 3 match to a third set against Rohan Yarlagadda, but Yarlagadda ended up winning, 6-3, 3-6, 1-0(8).
 
The Tigers (4-6) return to action on Friday, March 27, against SCAC foe University of the Ozarks at Lifetime Fitness in Colorado Springs, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
