The Colorado College tennis teams play a pair of SCAC opponents in their final home matches of the season this weekend at Lifetime Fitness in Colorado Springs. The Tigers will battle the University of St. Thomas on Saturday, April 11, at 1 p.m., then LeTourneau University on Sunday, April 12, at 8 a.m.

Perfect in the SCAC
Both teams are 6-0 in SCAC matches this spring and lead their respective conference standings.

Women Ranked No. 19 in the Country
The women 's team is ranked No. 19 in the latest ITA Division III national rankings, released on April 8. CC was ranked No. 17, the program's highest ranking in 40 years, on April 1.

Senior Day on Saturday
CC's three seniors,
Lindsay Popeo and
Abby Wilson from the women's team and
Nick Anderson from the men's squad, will be honored in a pre-match ceremony prior to the St. Thomas match on Saturday.

Each team posted a 3-0 record at Lifetime Fitness the weekend of March 27-28.

The women (13-3, 6-0 SCAC) defeated University of the Ozarks, 7-0, Colorado Mesa, 4-3, and Hendrix, 7-0. They have yet to lose an individual point in SCAC matches this season.

The men (7-6, 6-0 SCAC) beat Ozarks, 6-1, Colorado Mesa, 4-3, and Hendrix, 5-2. The victory over Mesa was the first by CC since 2009.

Both teams play their final matches of the regular season next weekend. Both teams play UC Santa Cruz on Thursday, April 16, and the University of Dallas and Austin College on Saturday, April 18. The men will play at Trinity University on Sunday, April 19.
