The Colorado College Tigers remain on the road for the second straight weekend on Friday and Sunday with matches against Carroll University and UW-Eau Claire, respectively.

The Tigers endured their first loss of the season last Friday after starting a perfect 2-0 at home the first weekend of September. Cal Lutheran got the better of the Tigers 3-1 in their first match away from Colorado Springs but were able to bounce back and beat Redlands 2-1. Coming from behind, the Tigers netted two second half goals from Arlo Sollinger and Teddy Opler to return with a weekend split in California.

Teddy Opler continues to lead the Tigers offensively, as the reigning SCAC offensive player of the year picked up where he left off and already has four goals (two game winners) and three assists on the season. Arlo Sollinger is also quickly making a name for himself, as the freshman has three goals and one assist for second on the roster in scoring.

ABOUT CARROLL
Carroll is coming into play with six matches under their belt, sitting at 2-4-0. They opened the season on the road vs Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a 2-0 loss before returning home to a 3-1 loss to Ohio Northern University. Their first win came against Concordia (Wisconsin) then went loss (0-3), win (2-1, loss (0-1) against St. Olaf, St. Norbert, and Loras College.

ABOUT UW-EAU CLAIRE 
UW-Eau Claire is coming into the weekend unbeaten as they sit 4-0-1 on the season with wins over Milwaukee School of Engineering, Edgewood, and Macalester. Their lone tie was a scoreless affair at home vs Wisconsin-Superior. Their lone match of the weekend is their bout with the Tigers, as Eau Claire will be coming into the match on three days rest.

SERIES HISTORY
The Tigers will face off with Carroll for the second time in program history, they are 1-0 in that series. The Tigers will take on UW-Eau Claire for the first time on Sunday.
