HIGHLIGHTS AS A TIGER
2008-09:
A two-time WCHA Scholar Athlete  and All-Academic Team selection, McMillin scored a career-high six goals as a junior last season, striking for a pair of game winners in victories over Minnesota State (5-2) at home and Wisconsin (4-3) on the road...added a key, go-ahead tally in the third period of a 5-3 triumph over Minnesota in February that completed a weekend sweep of the Gophers at the World Arena...finished among Colorado College’s plus-minus leaders while retaining his reputation as one of the team’s most reliable penalty killers and defensive forwards. 

2007-08:
Was in the lineup for all but one of Colorado College’s 41 games as a sophomore, typically centering the fourth line for the second consecutive season...saw increased ice time on penalty-killing units, finishing with a 96.5-percent success rating on his PK shifts...scored goals in home-ice victories over Minnesota Duluth and Alaska Anchorage, and helped set up Matt Overman’s game winner as the Tigers clinched the WCHA regular-season title with a 3-1 triumph at Denver in early March...a WCHA Scholar Athlete and member of the All-WCHA Academic Team.    

2006-07: Appeared in 22 outings for CC his rookie campaign...his first collegiate goal proved to be the game-winner in a 5-3 triumph over Bemidji State the week after Christmas...also assisted on fellow freshman Addison DeBoer’s goal in a 5-0 victory over Merrimack early in the season.

HIGH SCHOOL/JUNIORS: McMillin was an all-conference athlete in baseball, football and hockey at Roseau High School, where he led the Rams with 27 goals during the 2005-06 hockey season...also added 32 assists as a senior while compiling 59 points in 30 games...served as team captain for his final two campaigns, earning all-state and team MVP honors while helping Roseau to a sectional championship in ‘05-06...collected 45 points (19g,26a) as a junior in 2004-05...invited to play in the Chicago Showcase.
