HIGHLIGHTS AS A TIGER
2010-11: Two-time member of the All-WCHA Academic Team who scored twice, including once with Colorado College skating shorthanded, in the first period of a 5-5 tie at Bemidji State University in mid-February of his junior season...added an assist in the second period of that game to finish with a three-point performance...struck for the game-tying goal in a come-from-behind 2-1 home-ice victory over Minnesota State University a week earlier...assisted on the game winner in a 3-2 victory at Wisconsin in early March that clinched a home-ice playoff berth for CC...notched a first-period goal that gave the Tigers a 2-0 lead in their 4-2 victory over the University of Alaska Anchorage at the WCHA Final Five.
2009-10: Recipient of the Dave Peterson Award as the team’s most improved player...collected 18 points (5g,13a) while appearing in all but one game for CC as a sophomore...assisted on four game-winning goals the first half of the season before scoring a GWG of his own in a 4-2 victory over Cornell University at the Florida College Hockey Classic in late December...later helped set up a pair of tallies in a 6-5 home-ice triumph over Wisconsin.
2008-09: Skated in 22 games as a freshman, most of them in the first half of the season before an injury hindered his progress...recorded his first collegiate point with a key assist in a 2-2 tie at Clarkson University, then helped set up the game-winning goal in a 3-2 home-ice victory over Colgate...notched his first career tally in the first period of a 7-0 triumph over Sacred Heart the week before Christmas.
HIGH SCHOOL/JUNIORS: Hall compiled 44 points (18g,26a), including a pair of game-winning goals, in 57 games during the 2007-08 season, his second with the Columbus Junior Blue Jackets of the United States Hockey League...a two-time USHL Player of the Week, he collected 31 points (17g,14a) as a rookie in 2006-07...also skated for Team USA’s under-18 select and junior select teams in 2007, helping the Americans win a bronze medal at the World Junior A Challenge.
PERSONAL NOTES: Born Timothy Persson Hall, son of Tim and Renee Hall of Sewickley, Pennsylvania...a graduate of Dublin Jerome High School in Dublin, Ohio, which he attended while playing junior hockey...was a neighbor of Mario Lemieux while growing up...enjoys wake boarding, as well as playing basketball and golf, when he’s away from the rink.
