2010: Recorded a personal-record, season-best, and personal-course record of 27:53 at the CC Invitational...ran a 26:26 at the SCAC Conference, a personal and season best...turned in a personal course record of 27:29 at Nationals...had the largest drop from last season (2 minutes and 18 seconds) for a time of 26:26...recipient of the "Most Improved Runner Award" after coming in determined to prove he belonged among the "Top 7" as he finished in his first regional meet, placing 55th, ensuring the teams' 4th place finish.
2009: Posted a personal-record and season-best 8K clocking of 28:44 at the Oklahoma State University Cowboy Jamboree in early October of his junior season.
2008: A tri-captain and winner of the team’s 10th annual Lance Raymond/Most Inspirational Award, Dsida ran a season-best 29:07 at the NAIA Mid-States Classic at Southwestern College, where he improved his individual placing by 57 spots over the previous year.
2007: Turned in a season-best clocking of 29:46 his freshman season at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree.
Before Colorado College: Dsida won conference and regional track-and-field championships in the 800 meters as a senior at New Trier High School in 2007, when he also earned all-state accolades in Illinois...posted personal bests of 1:55 in the 800 and 50.8 in the 400 during his prep career.
