2013: Frank won the team's annual Lance Raymond Award as most inspirational runner for the second consecutive year after bouncing back from an injury to earn all-conference and all-region honors at the end of the season ... finished fourth in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference before claiming 34th at the NCAA West Region championships ... ran a season-best 8K of 26:23 despite missing several meets early in the campaign. 

2012: Earned all-region and all-conference honors as a sophomore before being voted the team's most inspirational runner ... his 8K clocking of  25:28 at the highly competitive Fort Hays Invitational was the 11th fastest in school history ... finished 27th at West Regionals after claiming fifth at the SCAC championship meet.

2011: Posted an all-conference time of 26:51, good for 12th place, at the SCAC championships ... Ran a 26:42 at the NCAAs to place 260th ... a durable runner competed in all eight meets that season.

Before Colorado College: Frank ran cross country and track at West Linn High School prior to competing in both sports at Colorado College ... served as cross country captain in 2009 and 2010, and as track captain in 2011 ... while his cross country team placed second statewide (6A classification) in 2009, he took 10th individually at the league meet in 2009 and 2010 ... graduated as an AP Scholar and received the National Merit Command Scholar Award.
