2012: Emerged among four Tigers earning all-conference honors, finishing 12th at the SCAC championship meet after posting a personal-record 8K clocking of 26:32 at the Fort Hays Invitational earlier during his sophomore season ... Finished in CC's "Top 5" at seven meets altogether.
2011: Ran personal-best 8K time of 27:35 at Oklahoma State Jamboree.
Before Colorado College: Lettered four times cross country and thrice in track at Kentwood High School in Covington, Wash., where he served as captain of the Conquerors' cross country team and earned their Most Inspirational award in 2010 ...
