Biography
2015: Competed in five races … team captain … collected his second consecutive seventh-place finish and all-conference honor at the SCAC Championships with a time of 28:43 … clocked a time of 27:40, good for 56th place, at the Division III West Region Meet … posted a personal-best time of 26:49 at the Willamette Invitational … named the team’s Most Valuable Runner.
2014: Finished among the top four Tigers in several races … earned a spot on the SCAC all-conference team with a seventh-place finish at the league championships with a time of 28:15 … helped the Tigers claim the team title … recorded a season-best time of 26:59 at the Fort Hays Open … finished 78th overall at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 27:33.
2013: Finished fourth on the team at both Willamette University and Southwestern College as a freshman, running a personal-record 27:03 at the former in early October ... took 16th overall with a 28:15 clocking at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference championship meet.
Before Colorado College: A two-time all-state selection as a prep, he ran a personal-best 5K of 16:45 while competing at Kearsarge Regional High School in North Sutton, N.H.
