2013-14: Named to the SCAC Academic Honor Roll.  
   
2012-13: Teamed with Matt Nadel, Michael Bennett and Robbie Adler to win the 800-yard freestyle relay at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships in a time of 7:00.46 … Also combined with Colin Chupik, Bennett and Flynn McGuire for a third-place finish in the 400 free relay with a season-best effort of 3:08.36 … Helped CC take second in the consolation final of the 200 free relay in a time of 1:28.63 as well as the 200 medley relay in 1:40.35 … Finished eighth in the 200 individual medley in a time of 2:03.06 and the 200 free in 1:47.08 … Won the consolation final of the 100 free with a clocking of 48.73 … Recorded season-best times of 5:28.55 at home against Adams State University on Dec. 1 and 59.34 in the 100 backstroke against Western State College on Dec. 8.
   
2011-12: Reached the podium at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships with a sixth-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:45.62 ... Won the consolation final in the 500 free and finished ninth overall in 4:48.00 … Also finished first in the consolation final of the 100 free, touching the wall in a season-best 48.77 … Swam the second leg for the 400 free relay team that finished ninth in a time of 3:12.56 … Swam the first leg on the 800 free relay team that finished 12th in a time of 7:24.10 … Also swam the backstroke leg for the 200 medley relay team that finished 12th in a time of 1:40.31.
   
Before Colorado College: Earned three varsity letters while swimming for George Washington High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa … Was team captain as a senior … Earned first-team all-metro honors during his final three seasons … Helped the Warriors finish fourth at the 2011 state championships by finishing 12th in the 500- and 13th in the 200-yard freestyles … Won four consecutive district titles … An AP Scholar and Academic All-American who graduated with distinction.
