2019: Sixth in the 3K at the season-opening indoor meet at UCCS … Eighth in the 5K at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird Meet … Finished ninth with a PR of 41:44.34 in the 10K at the KT Woodman Classic.
2018: Finished fourth in the 10K at the SCAC Championships with a personal-best time of 41:59.72 … Placed eighth in the 10K at the season-opening Willamette Opener and the KT Woodman Classic … 12th in the 5K at the Alex Francis Classic.
