2020: Won the 3K in a school-record time of 8:49.75 at the Ed Boitano Invitational.

2019: Defended his SCAC 10K title, winning by approximately 30 seconds, and captured the 5k championship with a season-best time of 15:18.10 … Fifth in the 5K at the CSU-Pueblo Spank Blasing Meet … Sixth in the 3K and set a PR in the 1500 (4:11.78) at the CU Invitational … Fourth in the 10K with a PR time of 31:41.60 at the KT Woodman Classic ... Shared team MVP award with Henry Baldwin.
 
2018: SCAC champion in the 10K with a time of 32:57.17, winning by more than 25 seconds … Also earned all-SCAC honors with a third-place finish in the 5K with a time of 15:46.80 … Ran a personal-best time of 15:10.4 in the 5K at the Occidental Invitational … Placed seventh in the 5K at the Alex Francis Classic … Fourth place in the 10K at the KT Woodman Classic.
 
2017: Finished third in the mile at the CC Invitational … just missed an All-SCAC honor with fourth-place finish in the 5k at the SCAC Championships … fifth in the 5k at the Alex Francis Classic (season-best time of 15:34.56) and 12^th at the KT Woodman Classic … shared the team’s Rookie of the Year award with Ben Hall … member of SCAC honor roll.
