2016: Ran in six races as a sophomore … named co-Most Improved Runner … set a personal-best time of 28:11 at the Fort Hays Open and placed a season-best fifth on the team … finished 23^rd at the SCAC Championships ... member of the SCAC honor roll for the second consecutive season.
 
2015: Competed in five races as a freshman … finished in 28^th place at the SCAC Championships with an 8K time of 31:10 … also ran at the Division III West Region Meet … clocked a season-best time of 28:38 at the Willamette Invitational … member of the SCAC honor roll.
 
Before Colorado College: Three-year letterwinner in cross country and soccer … also lettered four times in track … cross country team captain as a senior … first-team all-league selection for cross country as a senior … led team to league championship as a senior … second-team all-league pick for soccer as a junior.
