2015: Competed in two races as a sophomore … posted a season-best time of 30:01 at the Fort Hays State Open ... earned a spot on the SCAC All-Sportsmanship team … member of the SCAC honor roll.
2014: Did not run cross country as a freshman
Before Colorado College: Two-year letterwinner in cross country … team captain … named most improved runner in 2011 … led team to 2A regional and state championship in 2012 … personal-best 5K time of 17:57.
