2015: Competed in six races … team captain … narrowly missed a selection on the all-SCAC team with a 15th place finish at the conference championships … ran a 28:27 for an 82nd place finish at the Division III West Regional … clocked a personal-best 26:56 at the Willamette Invitational … named the team’s Most Improved Runner and shared the Most Inspirational award.
2014: Competed in five races as a freshman … ran a season-best time of 27:46 at the Fort Hays Open … clocked in under 30 minutes in four of the five races, including the SCAC Championships, where he helped the Tigers win the team title by finishing 16th individually with a 29:11 … posted a time of 29:32 at the NCAA Regionals.
Before Colorado College: Named all-state, all-district and all-conference at Warrensburg High School … named most improved runner … helped team win the state cross country title in 2012.
