2010: Posted a 26:22 in the West Regionals, placing in the Top 35 ... Placed among the "Top 5" in all eight meets this year ... Had his best meet at Nationals when he was the only runner on the team to record a season best finishing in a time of 26:12.
2009: Placed among CC's top five in five of eight meets, including the SCAC and West Region championships, where he finished 31st ...Earlier set a PR of 25:58 at the Fort Hays State Invitational.
2008: Finished 44th at regionals as a freshman, with a personal-record clocking of 26:28:04 ... Was an impressive 23rd two weeks earlier at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference meet, completing the 8K course in 27:12.
