2010:
Earned the 11th Annual Lance Raymond – Most Inspirational Award finishing in 5th place at the Mt. Marty Invitational, helping the team finish 2nd overall … Finished 35th at the All West-Regional and 256th at the National Championship Team Participants … Had one of the largest drops during the season as he improved his 8K time by 2 minutes and 35 seconds … Set a personal 8K best of 26:11.
2009: After running a season-best 8K of 27:04 at the Fort Hays State Invitational as a sophomore, Dougan finished fifth among CC's seven runners at nationals.
2008: Represented CC at the West Region Championships as a freshman, finishing 70th with a time of 27:24.47 ... Earlier ran a personal-best 27:24 at the NAIA Mid-States Classic at Southwestern College.
Before Colorado College: Dougan earned four varsity letters in cross country and three in track at Pattonville High School in Maryland, Mo., where he graduated in the top 10 of his class ... Earned all-conference honors and was a state qualifier each of his last two years.
