Biography
2011: The team's "Most Improved Runner" award winner cut his personal-best time by 1 minute, 54 seconds to place 55th at the NCAA Championships (24:58) ... Placed fourth in 26:05 at SCAC Championships to garner all-conference honors... Placed fifth in 25:12 at West Region to earn regional honors.
2010: Did not run cross country.
2009: Caseria posted the team's largest 8K drop as a sophomore, as his season-best clocking of 26:52 was more than two minutes faster than the previous year ... Named co-recipient of the team's 11th annual Lance Raymond-Most Inspirational Award.
2008: Improved from a 32:10 early during his freshman season to clock in with a 29:03 at the NAIA Mid-States Classic at Southwestern College – a difference of 3:07.
Before Colorado College: Caseria played rugby in addition to running cross country and track at Regis High School in Aurora, Colo., where he earned first-team all-state
academic honors...posted a personal record of 17:42 in the 5K as a prep.
