2019: SCAC Runner of the Year after winning the conference championship with an 8K time of 25:27… Led the Tigers to their first SCAC team title since 2016 …  All-West Region selection with a 14th-place finish and qualified for the NCAA Division III Cross Country Meet … Placed 195th at the national meet … Top finisher on the team at every meet … Named the team’s Most valuable Runner for the second consecutive season … Ran a PR of 24:49 at the Division III Pre-national Meet, good for 5th on the school’s best times list … Member of the SCAC honor roll for the fourth consecutive year. 
 
2018: Ran in five races as a junior … Named the team’s Most Valuable Runner … Third consecutive all-conference selection with a fourth-place finish at the SCAC Championship Meet … Led the Tigers to a second-place finish as a team with an 8K time of 26:21 … Just missed an all-region spot by finishing 36th at the West Region Meet ... Led the team in the first three meets of the season, including a season-best time of 25:36 at the Charles Bowles Invite, good for 31st place …  Finished sixth overall at the season-opening Rust Buster Meet … Member of the SCAC honor roll for the third consecutive year.
