2014: Competed in three races during his junior year … posted his season-best time at the Fort Hays Open with a time of 28:53 … placed in the top 30 at the CC Invitational with a time of 30:28.
2013: Henderson ran a season-best 28:15 at the Fort Hays Invitational in mid-October before finishing 21st overall (28:50) at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference championhip meet his sophomore year.
2012: Competed in track and field but not cross country as a freshman ... Has run the 8K in 28:04 and the 5K in 17:03.
Before Colorado College: A four-year standout in cross country and track during his prep career at the Urban School of San Francisco (Calif.) ... Posted personal bests there of 17:01 in the 5K, 4:34 in the mile and 10:13 in the two miles ... Named team MVP while earning first-team all-conference honors in cross country his senior season.
