2013-14: Named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Male Diver of the Year … Was named a Scholar All-American … Placed fifth in the 3-meter dive at the NCAA Division III Championships to earn All-American honors … Won the 1-meter dive with a score of 498.10 to break the school record at the SCAC Championships … Won the 3-meter dive with 524.80 score at the Colorado College Classic … Placed second in the 1-meter dive with a score of 459.80 at the CC Classic … Was named to the SCAC Academic Honor Roll.
   
2012-13: Named Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Diver of the Year for the second consecutive season in a ballot of the league's head coaches … At the NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships, he finished eighth on the 3-meter board to become the fourth men's diver in program history to earn All-America honors … Howlett finished with 433.90 points, a combination of his scores from the last five voluntary dives of the preliminary round and the six optionals from the finals. He earned a spot in the championship finals by finishing seventh in the preliminaries with a score of 491.85 … Also finished 21st in the 1-meter diving at the Conroe Natatorium … Secured a trip to the Division III Championships by winning the 3-meter competition at the Region II Diving Championships in San Antonio, Texas, with a score of 482.15 points … Set school records while finishing first on both boards at the 2013 SCAC Swimming & Diving Championships and was named Diver of the Meet for the second year in a row … Claimed his first 1-meter title with a dominating performance in the first event, finishing 120.05 points ahead of Trinity University's Stu Sproul with an NCAA qualifying score of 480.95 … Successfully defended his title in the 3-meter diving and became the first CC diver ever to eclipse the 500-point barrier with an 11-dive score of 527.75. He shattered his own school record of 489.92 set a little more than a year ago during his rookie campaign … His total was only 7.70 off the conference open and meet record set by Sewanee's Jon Morris in 1999 … Named SCAC Diver of the Week three times … Earned a spot on the SCAC Honor Roll for excellence in the classroom.
    
2011-12: Earned honorable-mention Scholar All-America honors from the College Swimming Coaches Association of America for recording a minimum 3.5 grade-point average and posting an NCAA qualifying score … Named Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Diver of the Year, becoming just the fourth freshman to receive the honor … Won the 3-meter board at the SCAC Championships with an 11-dive score of 484.60 … Finished second in the 1-meter diving with a score of 444.20 … Made an immediate impact by breaking a trio of the program's oldest records during the 2011-12 season … On Nov. 13 at Southwestern University, he surpassed Rod Townley's 1-meter record which had stood since 1971 with a score of 309.67 … On Dec. 16, he set the current 6-dive standard of 310.34 … He broke the 3-meter record with a score of 484.25 points at the CC Classic, surpassing Kris Hammond's 11-dive record of 458.60 set in 1978 … On Jan. 27, he won the 1-meter competition with an 11-dive total of 477.67 points, eclipsing Craig Clear's standard of 442.05 set in 1986 … A day later, he raised his own 11-dive mark while prevailing on the 3-meter board with 489.82 points … Earned a spot on the SCAC’s Honor Roll for excellence in the classroom.
   
Before Colorado College: Competed in diving, dance and volleyball at Seabury Hall in Makawao, Hawaii … A three-time captain of the diving team … Named to the all-Maui Interscholastic League first time three times … Set MIL record in 2010 when he placed third at the Hawaii state meet with 438 points … Also finished third in 2009 with a score of 412 … A two-time All-American who placed 13th on the 1-meter board and 15th on 3-meter board at Region 9 Championships.
