2011: Senior ran personal record time of 32:41.86 in 10,000 meters, placing second at the SCAC championships and garnering all-conference honors...Beat personal best in 5,000 by more than 17 seconds with time of 15:10.23 at Occidental (Calif.) Invitational...Ran season-best 1:56.41 in 800 dash.
2010: Dsida  had an extraordinary finish to his season as he earned All-Conference honors at the SCAC meet by placing second in the 800 meters with a new personal best time of 1:55.49…took down the school record at the Oxy Invitational running with a new personal record of 1:53.14…his final performance came at the North Central Invitational as he finished with a new personal record of 1:52.69, lowering his own school record by nearly half a second.
2009: Dsida earned the team's "Most Inspirational" award as a sophomore ... missed three weeks of competition at mid-season, but came back for the SCAC championships and missed qualifying for the 400-meter finals by less than a 10th of a second ... also ran a leg in the 4x400 relay to help CC take fourth place at the conference meet.
2008: Recipient of CC's "Rookie Award" his freshman season, when he earned all-conference honors by finishing second in the 800 meters at the SCAC meet ... ran a season-best 1:58.7 in the event at the Grinnell Invitational.

Before Colorado College: Dsida won conference and regional championships in the 800 meters as a senior at New Trier High School in 2007, when he also earned all-state accolades in Illinois...posted personal bests of 1:55 in the 800 and 50.8 in the 400 during his prep career.
