Volunteer assistant Harold Hatch will focus on the 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000 and steeplechase events.

A lifelong competitive runner, Hatch was named the first high school athlete to be inducted into the Bangor Daily News Sports Hall of Fame in 1957 before going on to a standout college career at the University of Maine. He has extensive experience as a high school and college track and cross country coach.
