Biography

2013: After soaring to season bests in the long jump (20-8) and triple jump (41-2 1/2) at the Don Kirby Invitational in Albuquerque, N.M., in early April, O'Friel earned all-conference honors with third-place finishes in both events at the SCAC Championships.
Before Colorado College: Finished third in the triple jump (41-7) at the 3A state championship meet as a senior after helping the Asheville School finish second in the team standings his junior year ... also ran cross country during his prep career.
